How our service works in two simple steps:
Step 1
We require a letter of authority (LOA). To comply with industry standards an LOA has to be done verbally or electronically and this varies for different suppliers. Completing an LOA is the only way we can gain authority to assist you within your next renewal window.
Step 2
Once one of our energy angels has completed an LOA for your energy accounts this will be sent over to the supplier you currently work. We will then receive the relevant LOA information including the contract end date which will then allow us to act as a renewal reminder service. This lets you focus on running your business with the peace of mind that one of our pricing analyst will contact you once you drop into that window to discuss the best options in the market from all of the suppliers we work alongside.
